- Contact Data You Add: business card scans, voice-to-contact entries, notes, tags, follow-up logs, files and images you upload.
- Usage & Device Data: IP address, device and app identifiers, crash logs, pages/screens viewed, interactions, referral URLs, approximate location.
- Transactional & Billing: subscription plan, payment method (processed by our payment processor), invoices, and history.
- Virtual Spaces: room participation, chat or meeting metadata, event attendance.
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: used for authentication, preferences, analytics, and performance.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide, secure, and improve the Service, including AI-assisted features (e.g., card scanning, suggested follow‑ups).
- Customize your experience, including recommendations and reminders.

- Team/Org Features: if you join an organization workspace, certain profile and activity information may be visible to admins/members per workspace settings.
- Legal: as required by law, lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business Transfers: in mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, data may be transferred with notice where required.
5) AI-Specific Disclosures
- AI features (e.g., business card OCR, suggested messages) may process content you provide. We apply access controls and retention limits.
- We do not sell your personal data. For California residents, see “Your Privacy Choices (CCPA/CPRA)” below.
- Automations produce suggestions; you are responsible for reviewing communications before sending.
6) Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes described, including compliance with legal, tax, or accounting obligations. You can request deletion (subject to exceptions) in the app or by contacting us.
7) Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Children

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NetworkSpace provided by <Mentorsoft AI, Inc.>. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 16 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have authority to bind your organization if registering on its behalf.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2) Subscriptions, Trials & Billing
- Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, plan features, and limits are shown at purchase.
- Free trials convert to paid unless canceled before the end of the trial period.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are non‑refundable. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Taxes may apply. We may change prices with reasonable prior notice.
3) Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- No spam or unsolicited messages in violation of laws (e.g., CAN‑SPAM, TCPA, 10DLC, GDPR e‑privacy rules). You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing security or rate limits.
- No uploading of malicious code or content that violates others’ rights.
4) Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, process, and display your content to provide the Service and improve features (subject to the Privacy Policy).
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store and process personal data of your contacts.
5) AI & Automations
- AI suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them.
- We may use third‑party AI providers under contract; see the Privacy Policy.
6) Intellectual Property
- The Service, including software, design, and trademarks, is owned by the Company or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, no licenses are implied.
- Feedback is voluntary; we may use it without restriction.
7) Third‑Party Services
Integrations and links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third‑party services or their policies.
8) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR SECURE.
9) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, sections intended to survive will survive.
12) Governing Law & Disputes
